Thingyfy was a technology-driven brand specializing in electronics and accessories, with a strong focus on innovation, precision engineering, and crowdfunding-driven product launches.
Over a long-term collaboration, I served as a Product Designer and R&D partner, driving the transition from conceptual sketches to globally successful crowdfunding campaigns.
Product Design & R&D
I led the end-to-end design for a diverse range of gadgets and smart accessories. Working closely with internal teams and manufacturing partners, I ensured engineering feasibility while maintaining a high-end, user-centric aesthetic. This involved conducting R&D to refine product roadmaps and leading internal technical presentations to align design decisions with manufacturing constraints.
Go-to-Market & Crowdfunding
I spearheaded the design and launch of multiple Kickstarter campaigns, introducing products like the Pinhole Pro lenses and NFC-enabled wearables to a global audience. My role was to bridge the gap between technical specs and consumer desire, ensuring that the brand’s innovative edge was translated into successful market-ready products.
Marketing & Visual Content
To support product launches, I created assets — from 3D product visualizations and motion design to branded content. By combining strategic product design with compelling visual storytelling, I helped solidify Thingyfy’s reputation as a leader in the photography and smart accessory space.
